Before you go, consider these options

Return your leased Quantum Fiber equipment

After you cancel your service, you'll need to return all leased Quantum Fiber equipment, including modem and 360 WiFi pods, within 30 days to avoid additional charges. 
 

If you have a SmartNID attached to the wall, do not attempt to move it or return it to us.

Final billing information

The subscription or prepaid account means your monthly payments cover service for a full month. Partial (or prorated) refunds are not available if you cancel before the end of a monthly billing cycle.
