How to cancel your Quantum Fiber service
We'll be sorry to see you go, but if you need to cancel your subscription, a Fiber Success Team member would be happy to assist you. There is no contract or term commitment, so you can cancel your service at any time.
Before you go, consider these options
- You can pause your service with reduced charges for 1-9 months.
- You may be able to move your service.
Return your leased Quantum Fiber equipment
After you cancel your service, you'll need to return all leased Quantum Fiber equipment, including modem and 360 WiFi pods, within 30 days to avoid additional charges.
If you have a SmartNID attached to the wall, do not attempt to move it or return it to us.
Final billing information
The subscription or prepaid account means your monthly payments cover service for a full month. Partial (or prorated) refunds are not available if you cancel before the end of a monthly billing cycle.
