You can sign up on the Quantum Fiber Refer and Earn site, review the Program Terms and receive your unique referral code. Then begin inviting friends, family and neighbors to sign up for Quantum Fiber service.

There is no limit to number of referrals you can make or the amount of money you can earn for referrals. 

If you earn more than $600 in a single calendar year, the earnings will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service and you'll get a 1099-MISC form.

You can get your earnings payment through PayPal or your bank account.

Not only that, but you can choose a charitable organization to receive a $10 donation from Quantum Fiber. Simply select one of the five charities shown on the Quantum Fiber Refer and Earn website and we will send a $10 donation after the referral has been qualified and service is activated for 60 consecutive days.

Visit the Quantum Fiber Refer and Earn website and find the link to log in to your Quantum Fiber referral program account. You'll need to enter your email address and password to access your account dashboard. 

After the person you referred signs up for service, using your unique referral code, and has services active for 60 days, we will send you payment through PayPal or your bank account.

Submit a support request to the Aklamio support center for help with payments.

No, anyone can refer in qualifying areas. Quantum Fiber is not available everywhere yet, so unfortunately not everyone qualifies for services based on region.

No, currently this program is not accepting business referrals.

No, employees and representatives of Lumen or its partners or affiliates cannot participate in this program.

Quantum Fiber Refer & Earn Program (“Program”) is available to current/new residential customers of Quantum Fiber or non-customer individuals (“Referrers”) referring new, potential customers (“Referees”) to Quantum Fiber for residential internet service. Referrers must meet eligibility requirements described at https://quantumfiber.aklamio.com (“Website”) and receive a unique referral code in order to participate; current employees/representatives, sales agents/leasing agents or partners/affiliates of Quantum Fiber and Lumen are not eligible for this Program. Referrers must complete the registration process at Website prior to the first referral that results in a completed sale. Qualified referrals for Internet (all speeds) are eligible for a $100 cash reward.  Referrers and Referees will receive payment (a deposit to PayPal or bank account) after the referral has been qualified/audited and service activated for 60 consecutive days. Program maximum payout is a total of $500 for the Referrer per calendar year and $100 for the referee per calendar year. Once the Referrer has received the $500 maximum payout in the calendar year, no additional qualifying referrals will be rewarded or rolled to the following calendar year. Only registered Referrers with qualifying referral/completed sales that include the Referrer’s unique referral code will be eligible for cash reward; any referrals outside of the process or missing referral code are void. Participation in more than one Referral Program through Lumen is prohibited. Duplicate referrals of same person/address will only be paid one-time and to the first Referrer to refer that Referee/address. Quantum Fiber may change, cancel, or substitute the Program, or vary it by service area, at its sole discretion without notice.
